Interim Manager ESG Controlling

Main duties:

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of ESG strategies within the Group.
• Responsible for the definition, monitoring and reporting of ESG targets and KPIs at group level.
• Responsible for the implementation of ESG at group level related to CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy and annual and quarterly reporting according to regulatory requirements.
• Manage GHG inventory for Scope 1, 2 and 3, including data collection, verification, calculations and reporting.
• Ensure that ESG reporting systems and internal processes are integrated and controlled, and that they are in line with regulations.
• Lead the team consisting of ESG Controller and ESG Officer.
• Provide input and reporting data for ESG ratings and help the company meet stakeholder requirements.

To be eligible for the role:

• Education in sustainability or related fields.
• Several years of experience in leading and being responsible for sustainability development steps in a public company.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG regulations and experience in practical implementation.
• Experience in implementing GHG reporting, EU regulations and data-driven sustainability management.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills and used to working closely with management and board.
• Proven experience in leadership.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last approximately 14 months, starting in June. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place on May 13, and interviews with the client company will take place on May 14.
