Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Manager Brand & Marketing to an innovative company within property development and community building. As Interim Manager Brand & Marketing, you will be based at the office in Gothenburg and will become part of a dedicated and innovative team of five people. You will work with both strategic and operational marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's brand.
Main duties:
- Implement and develop brand and marketing strategies for the company and its destinations.
- Drive unique communication and marketing concepts to strengthen the brand's position.
- Plan and implement marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and innovative concepts.
- Responsible for activities that support the sales process, including tracking and follow-up.
To be eligible for the role:
- You must have a strong commitment and drive for the business and further development of the company's brand.
- You are strategic and have an operational drive.
- You are passionate about driving projects from idea to final delivery.
- Experience in real estate, urban development, hotels, or similar fields is an advantage.
- Experience of procurement and collaboration with external suppliers in areas such as photography, film, and events.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Teams, Figma, and CMS tools.
- You have good communication skills in Swedish and English.
About the process:
