Interim Head of Aftermarket

Main responsibilities:;

• Managing and delegating work in the area of responsibility and certifying expenses and time sheets for staff.
• Lead & participate in internal meeting forums.
• Responsibility for salary setting, training, development, appraisals, etc.
• Overall control of machinery and equipment in the area of responsibility (forklifts and service vehicles, etc.)
• Health and safety responsibilities for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure smooth operations in business systems for service, warranty and after-sales.
• Follow-up and planning of service, warranty and spare parts sales.
• Evaluate and review the organization and implement efficiency improvements.
• Reports directly to the CEO of the company and is part of the management team.

To be eligible for the role;

• Minimum 3 years of technical secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
• Technical understanding and knowledge.
• Min 3 years experience working in aftermarket.
• Knowledge of Swedish and English in writing and verbally.
• Location tentatively Hässleholm or within commuting distance to said location.

About the process;
