Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim M&A consultant to a listed global company located in central Stockholm.
In the role of interim M&A consultant, you have the overall responsibility to support the M&A team in ongoing M&A processes.
To be relevant for the role, you have several years of work experience in operational M&A work as well as contributing to M&A strategy work. You have experience from an international organization and are used to working in a supportive function in collaboration in teams, but you may also have experience of being responsible for whole or parts of processes. The position reports to the M&A Manager.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in January/February and last approximately 6 months.
