Interim Logistics Coordinator

Interim Search is looking for an Interim Logistics Coordinator for our client who is a pharmaceutical group that both develops, manufactures and markets its own drugs. The products are sold globally and the company has its own sales resources in about twenty countries. The position is located in northern Stockholm.

Your task is to be the contact person towards the client's third-party warehouse in Norway for warehouse and distribution issues. Issue intrastat invoices for exports to Norway. It also includes monitoring stock levels, informing internally about order intake and backorders. Identify and document work processes and suggest improvements. Checking invoicing and crediting and updating price registers.

We are looking for you who primarily have experience working in supply chain and logistics, mainly order management and delivery follow-up. You have experience with SAP (MM module) or other major business system and are a good user of Excel. In addition to Swedish and English, you feel comfortable with Norwegian as you will work partly with the Norwegian market. You as a person are service-oriented and communicative as well as quality conscious.
