Interim Leasing Manager

Interim Search has been commissioned by one of our clients in the real estate industry to appoint an interim Leasing Manager for their commercial real estate portfolio. Their office is located in central Stockholm.

As a Commercial Leasing Manager, your mission is to be ultimately responsible for, nurture and develop a profitable relationship with the company's main clients for the leasing of premises and restaurants. You are self-motivated and have experience in signing commercial leases and knowledge of rental legislation. Furthermore, it is important that you have an interest in design and architecture and have a branding mindset.

To be considered for this role, you will have worked with a commercial real estate portfolio in the recent past, as a retail developer or as a landlord of premises, and you will understand landlords and know lease agreements. You have a holistic understanding of all the processes behind a contract and the conditions that must be in place for a profitable deal. You know concept sales and as a person you have leadership qualities and like to work at a high pace with competent and service-oriented colleagues. A merit is if you are a trained market and business economist, or alternatively documented training in rental legislation and brand competence.

The assignment will start as soon as possible and last until December 2016. We will present candidates on Monday, March 21 and interviews at the client company will take place on Tuesday morning, March 22. Are you available and interested?
