Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Lab Manager for a company in Småland.
Main duties:
- Lead team and develop cooperation within the function
- Achieve centralized ways of working and management by objectives
- Performing reports and tests
- Close cooperation with Senior Advisor
- Reporting to the Technical Director with responsibility for Europe
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in relevant technical field
- Background in a similar role and of the above tasks
- Experience in chemical industry such as plastics or engineering
- Very good leadership skills and experience in leading and coordinating teams
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for approximately 12 months, starting no later than February. We present candidates on an ongoing basis.
