Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim IT Operations Manager for a company in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim IT Operations Manager, you will work operationally with the company's IT operations and be responsible for driving a number of change projects.
Main duties:
- Check the flow of cases and any escalations.
- Continuous dialog with 1st line support team and analyze monthly report.
- Together with teams, review development opportunities and drive improvement around procedures.
- Operation reporting
- Monitoring of deliveries and costs.
- Identify needs for the development of a long-term project plan.
- Operational responsibility for problem and incident management.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience working hands-on with technical infrastructure.
- Experience as IT Manager, IT Operations Manager or CTO
- Experience from larger companies with internal operations.
About the process:
