Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint two interim IT Customer Support Specialist to our client in Linköping. Your main tasks will be to provide technical support to employees in a multinational company.
Main duties:
- Troubleshooting in Windows environments.
- Troubleshooting of desktop computers and applications such as MS Office, Adobe etc.
- Troubleshooting VPN connection, networks and wireless routers.
- Troubleshooting using remote control.
- Solving employees' IT problems in a professional and efficient way.
- Coordinate work with other support groups.
To be considered for this position, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in IT customer support (minimum 1 year).
- Good communication skills in the Swedish language.
- High sense of service.
- Cooperation-oriented.
- Good knowledge of both hardware and software.
About the process:
The assignment is at 100% and stationed in Linköping, expected to last at least 6 months, but can last up to 12 months. Start immediately.
