Interim HRBP
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim HRBP for a billion-dollar company with approximately 500 employees.
Main tasks and responsibilities;

Coach and support a wide range of managers (spread across Sweden) on tactical and operational HR issues such as labor law, performance management, talent and leadership development and change management

Ensure that HR policies, processes and procedures are implemented and followed

Conduct local investigations and manage cases where there are employee challenges (e.g. rehab and union negotiations)

Planning, conducting and following up on central negotiations with different trade unions

Contribute and/or lead continuous improvement work within different HR professionals
To be eligible for the role;
- Self-driven HRBP with broad experience in supporting managers in HR-related matters
- Strong in the practical application of Swedish labor law and confident in conducting trade union negotiations independently
- Very good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- Business-minded and relationship-driven
- High integrity, empathetic and confident in dealing with complex situations
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement focus
- Preferably strategic height but above all hand-on and get the operational implemented
About the process;
The assignment starts in week 33, is 75 - 100 % and is expected to last approximately 6 months.
We will be presenting candidates in week 27 and interviewing clients after that.
