Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an Interim HRBP to an assignment at 50% in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Operational support to some 20 managers in salary review, performance appraisals and performance reviews
- Ensuring GDPR for HR together with external consultant
- Start projects for job descriptions
- System updates (SAP) and possibly other HR related reports
- Support in rehabilitation cases, work environment management
- Relief in Mercer/IPE work and &frankly analysis
- Update staff handbook
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced HRBP who has worked extensively with many different HR issues and processes
- Self-motivated and unpretentious
- Advantage if you have worked in several different HR systems
- Project management skills
About the process:
The assignment is for 50% and lasts at least 2 months, starting immediately.
We present candidates to the client on Monday, May 5 and client interviews are conducted in connection with the presentation.
