Interim HR Manager

We are now looking for an Interim HR Manager for one of our clients in central Stockholm. The company is international and active in financial services and works Nordic from Sweden. The assignment is estimated to be six months long and is pending permanent recruitment

Your mission as Interim HR Manager is to effectively and proactively contribute to the Nordic organization in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. You provide business support to the CEO, management team and managers, drive staff development and both find and develop the company's talents. You drive internal processes and ensure target management in the HR area. Contact with trade unions may occur as well as minor reorganizations.

We are looking for you who have recently worked as an HR manager in a small or medium-sized organization, in this case a total of 180 employees, and you have experience of working with HR from a Nordic perspective. There is no personnel responsibility in the role so as a person you are used to working hands-on with both operational issues and those of a more strategic nature.

The assignment will start as soon as possible but no later than September 28, 2015. We will present candidates on Friday, September 11 at 10:00, client interviews will take place September 14-18.
