Interim HR Manager
Interim Search AB has been commissioned to appoint 2 interim HR managers to a large organization with approximately 6 billion in turnover. We are looking for senior and experienced HR Managers (or HRBP) who quickly get into the assignment.
Main duties:
- Operational HR work and support line managers.
- Recruitment and skills development.
- Contact with trade unions regarding labor law and collective agreements.
- Implementation of HR processes and their review.
- Occupational health and safety issues (SAM) and rehabilitation.
- Drive and implement salary review of the current organization.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced HR Manager with at least 10 years of experience as HR Manager, HRBP, and or HR Strategist.
- Experienced HR interim consultant.
- High level of competence in Swedish labor law and experience in management team work.
- Understanding of cluster and/or matrix organizations.
- Experience in the public sector or government is an advantage in this role.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 10-12 months.
