Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Manager to an international organization with headquarters in Gothenburg.
As an interim HRBP, you will be part of an HR team in a growing international business. You are involved in operational as well as strategic HR work.
Main duties:
- Support and coach managers and employees in Sweden and Europe
- Responsibility for Talent Management processes, mainly international
- Running projects in Employer Branding
- Recruitment work
- Participate in the development of systems, processes and procedures
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in the above tasks
- Academic degree in HR or equivalent
- Many years of experience in broad, strategic international HR work
- Strong communicator and good at establishing and developing contacts
- You bring energy and commitment
- Fluent in English language in speech and writing
About the process:
