Interim HR Manager

The HR team consists of 5 employees and works closely with the rest of the company. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and surrounded by passionate people, this is the job for you!

Main duties:

• Ultimately responsible for the HR function at the company, which includes all the pieces of HR, both operational and strategic. Staff responsibility over the HR team (5 people), one of which is based in the international office, and an Office Manager.
• Act as support/advisor to managers and the management team.
• Run a number of projects, mainly in the field of employer branding.
• Possibly implement some change management and strengthen processes.

To be eligible for the role, you have/are:

• Solid experience in HR work and overall responsibility for all aspects of HR.
• Previously held the role of HR Manager with staff responsibility over an HR department.
• Experience in management team work and/or as advisor to managers/management team.
• A relevant academic qualification.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Communicates fluently in English and Swedish.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in an IT/tech company with staff who have skills that are in demand in the market.

About the process: 

The assignment will start immediately (absolutely after Easter at the latest), is full-time and is planned to last 6 months. The position is located in the office in Stockholm city center. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interview with the client company is conducted in close connection.
