Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR Manager for a company in health and care, based in Stockholm.
The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion, and you will be part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the company's HR function, including payroll
- You are responsible for 6 employees in HR and 6 employees in payroll, including the payroll manager
- You report to the CEO and are part of the company's management team
To be eligible for the role, you should have:
- Solid experience as HR Manager in similar size and context
- You are a senior, experienced and confident leader
- Experience in digitalization projects in HR
- Experience in group structure or similar
- Experience in health and social care is an advantage
About the process:
The mission is expected to start in early October 2025 and last for 6-7 months.
We will present candidates to the client on September 19 and interviews with the client will take place continuously thereafter.
