Interim HR Consultant

Main duties:

• Work across the entire HR field with overarching issues for Swedish companies.
• Support the CHRO and take over ongoing matters within the parent company.
• Report to the HR manager.

To be eligible for the role:

• Do you have adequate academic training?.
• 5-7 years of experience in operational HR tasks and similar assignments.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Do you have a humble personality and enjoy working broadly within HR, both operationally and administratively?.
• Are you solution-oriented, independent, positive, driven, and a good communicator? Do you find it easy to communicate at all levels of the organization?.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, estimated to last 6-9 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews will be conducted accordingly.
