Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim HR generalist for a company in Malmö.
Main duties:
- Building and quality assuring the HR function for the future
- Set and secure the annual cycle in HR
- Finalize and communicate staff handbook
- Building and communicating an onboarding program
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior HR person who is used to working on HR related issues for both white collar and blue collar employees
- Experience in doing onboarding programs
- Experience in drafting staff handbook
- Experience in creating HR annual wheels to quality assure the HR function for the future
- As a person you are flexible, communicative and quality conscious
About the process:
