Interim HR Director

Main tasks,

• Responsible for the development of talent management and leadership programs.
• Provide HR support to other managers in the management team.
• Conduct trade union discussions.
• Managing collective agreements.
• Ongoing information and presentation on the company's HR work.
• Running and developing management forums and appraisals.
• 750 million in turnover and around 200 employees.
• Reports to the CEO.

To be considered for the role,

• Good experience of all the tasks in the above job description.
• Many years of experience as a consultant in qualified HR roles in medium-sized companies.
• Solid experience in technology companies with a down-to-earth and thoughtful environment.
• As a person, you are change-oriented, quality assured with a strong operational ability.
• Experience in technology-heavy companies and with Nordic operations.
• You have relevant academic training for the role.
• The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last 6 months.
