Interim HR Consultant
For a government agency, we are looking for an HR consultant with a focus on recruitment and located in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Recruitment of managers and specialists.
- Managing day-to-day HR issues in the areas of the business.
- Managing and responding to labor law issues.
- Responsibility and operational work in the business case management system.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Academic degree in relevant field or have worked in recruitment for at least 4 years.
- Experience of working with HR in the public sector.
- Experience in administering and working with occupational psychology tests and work samples.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the recruitment process in the public administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of government values.
- During the last 2 years worked with recruitment as main occupation.
- Have knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting using the competency-based recruitment method.
- Have independently managed at least 4 full recruitment assignments in the last 2-year period.
- Ability to express oneself very well in Swedish in speech and writing, as well as possessing the ability to listen to the routines working methods and needs of the business.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive communication skills and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Undergo and pass the required security clearance and registry check.
