Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Unit Manager in staffing and temporary employment for a municipal organization in Gävleborg.
Main duties:
- Act as a confident, stable, and experienced leader and coach the workforce.
- Run the unit and work environment with a focus on safety.
- We are looking for a Head of Unit who has management experience, preferably in staffing or recruitment, but it is not a requirement.
- Manage some temporary/short-term staffing.
- Ongoing contact internally and externally (e.g., associations and political organizations).
- You will be responsible for 10 direct reports.

- You are used to dealing with personnel matters.
- You have good communication and collaboration skills.
- You have a relevant university degree.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
- Previous managerial experience in public administration and local government is an advantage.
