Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Head of Operations within Customer Service for a company in Norrköping.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for daily operational activities and staffing.
- Member of the local management team
- Staff responsibility for managing and developing the skills of maintenance staff.
- Planning and preparation for maintenance operations is ensured with the right resources, tools and spare parts.
- Ensure that day-to-day maintenance coordination is carried out effectively.
- Responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety regulations, processes and procedures.
- Contribute in driving improvement actions and developing ways of working according to Lean.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in managing others, preferably in the energy, process or manufacturing industries.
- Good technical understanding and background in operations, maintenance or related fields.
- Experience in planning and in leading groups through change or improvement work.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time starting 1/3 and is expected to last at least 6 months. The work takes place on site at the customer. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and customer interviews are held in connection with it.
