Interim Head of Real Estate

As Interim Property Manager, you will lead a team of four property managers.
Reporting to the CFO, you will have overall responsibility for the company's premises requirements for the needs of the business.

Main duties
Coordinate and support the company's work in the provision of premises for the business, both in the management of its own properties and in the provision of premises through renting
● Manage and coach the people in the team
● Procurement and contract management of leased premises
Coordinate the regions' investment cases in premises needs and participate in the company investment group in premises cases
● Monitor and develop concepts and standards for space needs and space design for efficient and safe workplaces
Developing sustainability issues around the company's premises needs, mainly energy efficiency
Participate in the possible sale of the company's properties
Coordinate the preparation of budgets for own properties and continuous monitoring of outcomes
● Act as rapporteur on local matters
The role includes travel within Sweden

Who we are looking for:
You have 10+ years of experience as a manager with staff responsibility in property management
You have several years of experience in property management with a focus on financial management
You have experience working at a strategic level
You have a proven knowledge of management processes
You have extensive experience in managing and running projects
● You have solid experience in organizing and running facilities management projects
You have experience in contract negotiation and an ability to build trusting relationships
You have a coaching leadership and an ability to create engagement
You enjoy working both independently and in teams
● You are development-oriented and have a way of working that is well-structured and thorough
You have relevant higher education
