Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a interim Head of People & Culture Business Partner to a international company with HQ in Stockholm. You manage 4 Managers and report to VP General Counsel People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the PnC department to ensure smooth operations.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the PnC BP team.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Implementing PnC policies and procedures.
- Managing employee relations.
- Participating in the Strategy & Product Management MT to deepen business understanding and proactively identify how PnC can best support operational priorities and business needs.
- Advising managers on PnC-related issues and providing effective solutions.
- Supporting talent acquisition and retention efforts. Ensuring compliance with CBA, labor laws and regulations including but not limited to union negotiations and union relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience as team leader in a PnC organization.
- Track record of working in a global crossfunctional team.
- Experience in the IT/Telecom sector.
- Experience from complex, fastmoving environments.
- Self-leadership, execution and ownership mindset.
