Interim Head of Legal

As interim Head of Legal, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and broad role with responsibility for the operational and strategic business-related legal issues within the company. You will work closely with management and the board.

Main duties:

• Responsibility for managing and running all the company's legal processes in the business
• Responsibility for a small commercial law team
• Be the secretary of the board and participate in the preparation and organization work
• Develop and manage the company's legal structures and processes
• Provide business legal support to the business
• Contribute to service and product development

Who we are looking for:

• You have many years of experience as a business lawyer, corporate lawyer, mainly in consumer law
• You have experience in business law with an emphasis on contract law, marketing law and consumer credit law, GDPR, outsourcing and business law
• You have experience from a listed company
• You work independently with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize
• You are trustworthy and strong in relationship building
• Ability to see solutions from a legal perspective as well as to identify and assess risks
• You have a law degree
• Knowledge and legislation in MAR is desirable
• Experience in banking and finance is an advantage.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last 3-6 months starting March 7. We will present candidates on February 21 and interviews with the client company will take place in close connection with this.
