Interim Head of E-commerce

In the role of interim Head of E-commerce, you will lead an e-commerce team of 4 employees. You have overall commercial responsibility for e-commerce, which includes online growth, digital development, budget responsibility and personnel responsibility.

Main duties:

• Lead and develop the e-commerce team.
• Performance responsibility for e-commerce with a focus on conversion optimization measures.
• Claimant towards suppliers in daily operations and development projects.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional development projects within the organization and with external partners.
• Continuous report development and production of key figures.
• Data-driven analysis with follow-up on set KPIs.
• Actively work on search strategies and search advertising.
• Operational planning and follow-up of campaigns, offers, newsletters and activities.
• Visual expression on the site on a daily basis (the company has a very large flow of products).
• Planning and production of content (in-house photographer).
• Work closely with our logistics department for daily operations.
• Be responsible for customer service related issues.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Relevant academic training or equivalent professional experience.
• About 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail.
• Experience as a leader.
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics.
• Good knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• A sense of visual expression (color and shape).
• Fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge of English.
• Experience working in Askås platform and Voyado CRM system is a plus.
