Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim CFO to a company in the industry. The position is located in Stockholm, alternatively in Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Managing, developing and coordinating the finance function.
- Establish reporting lines and processes for group accounting, consolidation and reporting.
- Responsible for analyzing financial forecasts, CPIs and cash flows.
- Act as a liaison and strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for collecting and coordinating financial information from different entities to create long-term structures.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience as CFO in companies with a group structure, active in industry.
- Experience in project finance and percentage of completion.
- Experience in group accounting, consolidation, reporting and acquisitions.
- You have strong hands-on skills and enjoy operational work in group accounting, consolidation and financial integration.
- You are communicative and good at building relationships between different parties and have a flexible approach.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment starts in April, covers 50-100% and is expected to last approximately 6-9 months. We will present candidates in V.16 and interviews with the client company will take place in close connection.
