Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Global Payroll Specialist to a major company in the Gothenburg region.
Main duties:
- Manage payroll calculations at international level
- Manage costs related to salary and travel expenses
- Establish and develop employment responsibilities, staff handbook and FAQ
- Manage the administration of own-account workers and consultants
- Consolidation of payroll calculations and implementation of monthly and annual accounts
To be considered for the role, you will have worked in a similar role, preferably in an entrepreneurial company undergoing a growth journey. You need to be responsive and a good communicator. In addition, you are self-driven and structured in your work.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months with good opportunities to then move into an employment with the client company.
