Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Executive Recruiter for the public sector, starting immediately.
You will, among other things, create requirement profiles, interpret test results and run managerial recruitment processes from start to finish. The HR department supports and assists group management and departments in the HR area. You will report to the Head of HR and be part of a team.
Main duties
- Driving managerial recruitment processes
- Creating requirements profiles
- Performing tests and interpreting their results
- Collaborate with the heads of all administrations
To be eligible for the role
- Experience in executive recruitment
- You have relevant academic training
- You have competence i.e. certification of aptitude tests and personality tests
- Experience in the public sector is an advantage
