Interim Executive Assistant

Main duties:

Ansvar för att assistera chef, men även support, planering och hantering inför och vid ledningsgruppsmöten.
Responsibility for planning, email and calendar management, meeting preparation, taking minutes and other usual assistant tasks.
Planning and coordination of short and long term travel, activities and events.
Close cooperation with other functions in the organization.
The mission involves some global travel.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

Several years of experience in a similar role in an international environment.
Very good knowledge of both Swedish and, above all, English.
You are confident in your role, working strategically and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
You are flexible and have a high level of integrity.
Very good system knowledge (mainly Outlook and Office 365).
