Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Executive Assistant to a company in the banking industry. You will be an assistant business partner to the CEO.
You will have the opportunity to work in a competitive company as a partner to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Support the CEO and management team.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, both work and private.
- Compile presentations, internally and externally.
- certifying travel expenses.
- Various administrative tasks.
To be eligible for the assignment:
- You have previous experience in similar roles, preferably in banking (but not required).
- You have a lot of high integrity.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have high availability.
- You have a fast pace and are business savvy.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months with a possibility of extension. The assignment is expected to start immediately and you are expected to be on site at the office together with the CEO.
