Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim ERP Program Manager to lead a comprehensive SAP implementation at a reputable international company with about 3 billion in turnover. The workplace is primarily Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Put together project plan and organization for implementation
- Manage company-wide issues related to the implementation
- Ensure that program objectives and milestones are achieved on schedule
- Manage and coach the project's sub-project managers
- Identify and proactively manage anomalies and risks
- Continuously inform and report to the steering group
To be eligible for the role, you must:
- Overall understanding of all SAP modules
- Proven track record in large ERP implementations
- Ability to lead and motivate international teams
- Strong business understanding and strategic focus
- Ability to manage change and complexity
About the process:
