Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Unit Manager (Procurement Unit) for a municipality in Närke.
In the role of Head of the Procurement Unit, you will lead and create good conditions for a team of approximately 25 employees. You will report directly to the CFO and be part of the management team.
Main duties:
- Personnel, finance, and operational responsibility.
- Drive, develop, and follow up on operations against set goals.
- Lead, support, and develop the skills of employees.
- Planning, follow-up, and overall development of operations.
- You will contribute to the development of the municipality, and the position is located in the municipal administration.
- You work closely with other managers within the administration.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic education in law, jurisprudence, public administration, or other education that the employer deems relevant to the assignment.
- At least five years of experience as a manager.
- Experience in procurement.
- Experience of politically controlled organizations is highly desirable.
About the process:
The scope of the assignment is 80-100% and is expected to last 10 months, starting immediately. The deadline for applications is April 14, and interviews will be held in week 15.
