Interim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Director Digital Office to drive their digitalization journey.

Tasks in the role of Interim Director Digital Office:

Responsible for the development and operation of the digital platform within Tieto.
Driving change externally and internally.
Streamline project portfolio.
Taking responsibility and establishing new processes, procedures and structures.
Member of the steering group or project owner.
Development responsibility for your team of 8 people.
Reports to the CDO.

Who we are looking for:

Senior pragmatic communicative leader who has deep technical expertise.
Experience in managing technically competent staff.
Experience in change management in large organizations and experience in leading projects or being a project owner.
Experience of working in a matrix organization.
It is advantageous to have worked in a Finnish company.
You have an academic degree and preferably a technical background.

About the Process:

We hold interviews and present candidates to the client company on an ongoing basis. Client interviews take place Wednesday morning, April 11. The assignment lasts 6 months.
