Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an Interim CTO to a client in Stockholm with an assignment length of 6 months where there is the possibility of employment after completion of the assignment if both parties want.
As a CTO for our client, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up context, in a niche industry within digital payment solutions.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- You need to quickly familiarize yourself with and take “ownership” of the product and the different technical environments available.
- You will be responsible for the existing roadmap, by leading development, testing and releases.
- Together with the CEO, create the roadmap 2025 and beyond.
- You will be responsible for building and creating further together with your team.
- Eventually lead an IT development team of about 20 people.
- Work closely with the CEO, IT team, Leagal, Marketing, Customer Support and Business Development.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a CTO.
- Experience in coding in C-sharp.
- Experience of working strategically and operationally.
- You have a very high level of technical competence and are very hands-on.
- You are communicative, stress-resistant and flexible.
- You have probably also worked in a Scrum structure.
- Knowledge of IT compliance and security
- You are fluent in English both in speech and writing
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 6 months at 100 % in scope. Start as of immediately. The work is primarily performed on site at the customer, but hybrid solution 2-3/week can be discussed.
