Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim HR Project Manager for an exciting company in Stockholm.
In the role of interim HR project manager, you are responsible for driving the company's development work in compensation & benefits. You work closely with the business on harmonization work and build a common job structure for the regions.
Main duties:
- Project management and mapping of the current state of play in payroll, pensions and insurance, vacation and other benefits
- Analyze, evaluate and compare against the market and collective agreements
- Develop decision support and drive implementation in close collaboration with HR, payroll and other operations
- Support HR operationally in other development work
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of work experience in comp & ben
- Previous experience in running development projects in HR and comp & ben in a large group
- Experience in the consulting or tech industry
- You are operational, driven and proactive, communicative and analytical
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for about 6 months starting January 29. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company take place in close connection.
