Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Company Lawyer to an industrial company in Stockholm County.
Main duties:
- General business law such as contract law, sales law and intellectual property law
- Related law such as real estate law, company law, IT law and environmental law
- Assist the existing legal department
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience as a company lawyer and working from a law firm
- Very good experience in general business law
- Good experience in different areas of law, such as real estate law, special real estate law, environmental law, company law and security issues
About the process:
The assignment will start in October or November and is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The scope is part-time at 50% with the possibility of an increased scope.
The deadline for applications is September 16.
