Interim Chief Information Officer

The company's IT environment is undergoing a journey of change, redrawing the current landscape in terms of systems and organizational structure. The ambition is to have an IT function that is independent of the group and to digitize the business to differentiate itself towards the market and customers and to facilitate employees and suppliers.

Main duties:

• Budget and performance responsibility for the IT department representing 150 MSEK
• Implement IT environment transformation plan from current status to desired state
• Conduct feasibility study on system solutions
• Assess and make decisions on technical options and investments
• Ensure effective implementation of transforming IT operations through monitoring of key performance indicators and target management
• Achieve a digital environment with a focus on innovation and business value through change

To be eligible for the role, you have: 

• At least 10 years of experience as a CIO with management team responsibilities and a background in leading executives
• Experience in FMCG or other logistics-intensive industry
• Experience of being responsible for at least two major change projects in large companies, meritorious in case of experience of carve-out process.
• A goal-oriented attitude and proven experience in change management
• International experience

About the process:
