Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CHRO to a venture capital-owned international SaaS company with headquarters in Stockholm. The group has a turnover of approximately 350 million distributed over approximately 200 employees. Recently, an acquisition was made and the group is looking at further acquisitions. Parts of the HR department, such as payroll, will soon be outsourced to India.
Main duties:
- Overall responsible for all aspects of HR from recruitment and onboarding to employee development, payroll and work environment.
- Support the management team and actively contribute to the business from an HR perspective.
- Actively contribute to the effective integration of the newly acquired company into the group.
- Part of the project team responsible for the offshoring project to India.
- Design and implement HR policies and guidelines that are in line with the Group's values and objectives.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced HR manager with at least 8-10 years of experience.
- Experience working in SaaS/Tech companies.
- Experience of working internationally.
- Experience in offshoring.
- Preferably experience working in venture capital companies.
About the process:
