Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Chief Quality Officer for a company in the electronics industry, located in the Gothenburg area.
In this role, you will be part of an exciting growth journey and become a key person in a rapidly expanding company.
Main duties:
- Be responsible for building and running quality processes that support the company's growth journey and scaling of production.
- Ensure and develop quality processes throughout the value chain - from raw material reception to final product delivery.
- Lead operational quality work close to development, research and production.
- Identify and prevent quality risks through analysis, improvement and clear processes.
- Develop and adapt quality systems for efficient and scalable production.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience in quality work in manufacturing industry in an international environment, especially in electronics or process industry.
- Experience in quality management throughout the production chain - from development to production and use.
- You have a good knowledge of different quality systems and quality management tools.
- You are a confident, communicative and clear leader who takes initiative and creates order in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6-12 months, with a possibility of extension. Travel in the service occurs. Presentation of candidates to the customer takes place continuously and interviews with the customer company take place in close connection.
