Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Finance Manager for a company in the retail sector located in Gävle. The organization has approximately 20 employees and a turnover of approximately 70 million SEK.
Main duties:
- Accounts payable scanning, posting, distribution in e-certificate.
- Accounts receivable payments (both Swedish and foreign), follow-up, claims management and invoicing.
- VAT, intrastat, import VAT, handling and payment of taxes.
- Payroll management, day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, monthly and annual accounts.
To be eligible for the role:
- Economic education, preferably with post-secondary education in economics such as a bachelor's degree from university/college
- Several years of experience in similar tasks in a finance department/audit firm
- Good experience of working in business/financial systems and Excel
- As a person, you are careful, responsible, efficient, analytical and service-oriented
- You speak and write English fluently.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months starting in December. There is a strong possibility that the assignment can turn into a permanent position as the client is actively looking for a permanent solution.
Candidates will be presented to the client in December 2024 and client interviews will be held thereafter.
