Interim CEO, Turnaround
Interim Search har fått förtroendet att tillsätta en Interim CEO till ett stort industriellt bolag i södra Sverige.
Main duties:

Have overall responsibility for the company's strategy, profitability and daily operations (P&L responsibility).

Leda och utveckla ett kompetent team och säkerställa en effektiv organisation under en förändringsresa.

Drive the company's continued expansion and development.

Ensure operational excellence by focusing on process improvements and streamlining operations.

Driving the pace of innovation in product development and technological solutions.
-
Rapportera direkt till styrelsen och agera som primär länk mellan ägare, styrelse och den operativa ledningen.
To be eligible for the role:

Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen är meriterande.

Dokumenterad framgång som CEO för medelstora till stora bolag, med fördel inom turnaround-projekt.

Erfarenhet av nära och förtroendefullt samarbete med ägare.
-
Experience in industrial companies - preferably contract manufacturing, production or processing of materials or technical component solutions.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process
Uppdraget avser ett industriellt bolag i södra Sverige. Uppdraget startar omgående, är på heltid och beräknas pågå i cirka 6 månader. Vi presenterar kandidater v. 15 och intervjuer med kund sker i anslutning till det.
