Interim Search AB has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a company that provides consulting services in the field of nature and the environment.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the company, which entails comprehensive responsibility for the companies' sales, marketing, strategy, and operational planning.
- Reports to the board of directors.
- Responsible for all personnel and personnel administration.
- Focus on increasing profits, i.e., profitability
- Change journey, focus on sales, i.e., currently has government customers and the goal is to build up a customer base, i.e., new markets with the private sector.
- P/L responsibility
Who we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role as sales manager/CEO
- Experience of leading change initiatives among employees to change working methods
- You have experience leading your team with a focus on increasing sales to existing customers.
- Meritorious experience of working to create new sales markets in the private sector
- Academic degree, preferably in chemistry, biology, civil engineering, or economics
About the process:
The assignment is 100% and is expected to last for 12 months, starting on February 14 or earlier on a part-time basis to run parallel with the current CEO.
