Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a company that provides craft services to mainly companies located in Gothenburg and which has a turnover of SEK 175 million.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for P&L.
- Overall responsibility for staff and organization.
- Strengthen the company's market position.
- Initiate and lead change initiatives.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to build and maintain positive relationships during the change process.
- Identify future management in consultation with parent company.
- Reporting to the parent company.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience similar assignments/employment as CEO in companies operating in the construction, real estate sector.
- Experience in managing both managers and employees.
- Experience in both small and medium-sized organizations.
- Experience in driving successful change management.
- Experience in reporting to group.
- Good management experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
