Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CEO to a company in infrastructure, located in Greater Stockholm
The company is currently undergoing a journey of change and needs an experienced leader to take on the role. In the role of Interim CEO, you will lead and report directly to the Chairman of the Board.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for results, sales and staff
- Ensuring continued growth
To be eligible for the role:
- Previous experience as CEO
- Extensive experience in Turn-around
- You are a competent and confident manager with proven leadership skills.
- You are structured, used to working operationally and independently
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 9-12 months, starting immediately.
We will present candidates to the client on May 23, 2023 and interviews will take place during week 22.
