Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a production company in the southeastern part of Norrland, in central Sweden. The company has a turnover of approximately 500 million and is established in its market.
Main duties:
- Leading a changing organization with a focus on efficiency and structure
- Managing a business with around 80 employees
- The position involves strong operational and strategic leadership
- Creating growth and sustainability
To be eligible for the role:
- Civil engineer or equivalent education
- Many years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience as an operational CEO leading production companies in change and development
- Experience from companies with active and driving owners
- Proven leadership qualities
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6-8 months with an estimated start as soon as possible. We will present candidates on August 10 and interviews at the client company will take place in connection with this.
