Interim CEO

As interim CEO, you have ultimate responsibility for staff, facilities and business. You are the face of the company and have close contact with employees, customers and suppliers.

The client is a small, entrepreneurial group of companies and you should be able to work operationally and closely with the business as well as strategically to drive the company forward.

The responsibilities include, among others, to: 

• Develop the business and operations according to owner directives
• Responsibility for budget, forecast and performance management, and financial monitoring
• Developing and implementing corporate strategies against set targets
• Drive improvement work at the company's production site
• Develop and nurture brand and act as the face of the company
• Close business intelligence and relationship building with customers and suppliers
• Responsible for employees and that the production facility is operated according to licenses and regulations

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Experience as a CEO, preferably in a consulting role
• Experience of working in small industrial companies
• Experience of developing business, employees and being responsible for budget, forecast and results, preferably in an owner-managed company
• Strong operational skills and driven by working closely with the business
• International experience and fluent in English and Finnish
