Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim CEO to a business in the hotel / conference and restaurant industry located in Blekinge. As interim CEO, you will ensure a high quality of service and create order, structure and routines in the daily work.
Main duties:
- Managing and distributing the day-to-day operations with responsibility for subordinate managers such as the restaurant manager, reservations manager and janitorial staff.
- Establish and maintain order, structure and procedures in daily work to ensure quality of operations.
- Be a hands-on CEO who is present and engaged in day-to-day operations, with the ability to coach, support and inspire employees.
- Work to create a positive and energized work environment.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience working in a senior management role, preferably in the hotel, restaurant or service sector, such as conference facilities.
- Strong operational leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating staff.
- A committed and present leader who can bring positivity and drive to the business.
- Physically present and practically involved in daily activities.
