Interim CEO with project background

We are looking for an Interim CEO with a project background who can take on ongoing construction projects of 150 MSEK. You need to have a solid understanding of contracts, processes and project economics.

Main duties:

• Driving detailed design, purchasing and manufacturing and installations
• Responsibility over contract legal business monitoring and all major deliveries
• Overall responsibility for staff and organization
• Streamline and drive long-term profitable project operations
• Working closely with clients and missions
• Reporting to owners and board of directors

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience in a similar role in the construction or related industry
• Knowledgeable in construction law and solid knowledge in construction and contracting
• Has extensive experience in contract negotiations in the subcontracting sector
• Experience in detailed design, purchasing and/or manufacturing, installations and contract legal business monitoring
• You have an academic degree

About the process:

The assignment is expected to start on August 14 and will last for 12 months with the possibility of permanent employment after the end of the assignment. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews with the customer will take place during week 30.
