Interim Search has had the honor of appointing an Interim CEO to a small construction company active in the construction industry. The position is located in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim CEO, you will be a key person at the company and report directly to the owner and board. The company is currently undergoing a journey of change, and needs an experienced leader to take on the role.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing operations.
- Ensuring continued growth.
- Streamline and run long-term profitable project activities.
To be eligible for the role:
- Are you a competent and confident manager with proven leadership skills.
- You have extensive experience working in the construction/contracting industry.
About the process:
The assignment will start as soon as possible, is full-time and is expected to last until the end of the year (approx. 9 months), with a good chance of transition to permanent employment. Location is in Stockholm. Presentation of candidates is ongoing and interview with the client company is conducted in close connection.
